WordPress and Blogger, Both of them are two of the best blogging platform today.
The war between WordPress and Blogger to become the best has been running since 10 years, some bloggers love WordPress, some love Blogger and some love the both.
But you are here that means you wanna know which is the best WordPress or Blogger.
Right??
So, without much more ado, let’s find out which one is the best
WordPress Vs Blogger
User Interface
The interface of Blogger is by far more user friendly than WordPress. If you would start a blog with blogger, you can easily navigate through various windows whereas it may take several days to adapt WordPress.
Domain
Both of these service gives a free platform too (yourdomain.blogger.com or yourdomain.wordpress.com).
If you want to create a free blog than you must go with the blogger and if you have some bucks you must choose WordPress as your CMS.
Theme
Nothing can beat WordPress (both free and paid) for beautiful themes. There are thousands of FREE wordpress theme available on the internet that are even better than Blogger premium themes.
And if you would have WordPress as your CMS than there are two of the best frameworks to use on your BLOG with any of their child theme, Genesis and Thesis. Blogger doesn’t have any framework for the child themes.
Plugins
Once again, no platform can have a way with WordPress for plugins. It has atleast 5 to 10 plugins for a single work. You can use plugins only if you would have a self hosted WordPress Blog but believe me it’s worth spending.
Blogger don’t have a function to add plugins, you have to edit the HTML of the template to make the changes.
Widgets
Both of them have a vast majority of widgets that you can add to your BLOG but if you need to find the widget that you want to add your BLOG than WordPress would win without war.
SEO
In this case, it depends on the back links your site have but, but the thing is WordPress has a lot of theme by which you may change the meta description according to the keywords you are targeting. Blogger doesn’t even has a tool by which you can change the meta description, so your starting lines are used there on the search engines.
But blogger belongs to Google, so you may have some extra benefits in FUTURE, not now 
.
Deletion
A team from Google can delete your BLOG whenever they want and you can’t have a reply why do they deleted it. Today, Google is targeting those blogs which are getting a good amount of traffic with NO SPAM CONTENT.
In WordPress, your blog will never be deleted unless you delete it. LOL
Final Words
If you would ask 1000 bloggers that which is the best WordPress or Blogger. They would simply answer WordPress, without much thinking.
Well personally I like WordPress and if you have money go with WordPress or if you are just starting and don’t have money, go with the blogger.
Thus, WordPress is the best option if you have money otherwise blogger is the best.

I have tried both platforms at one time or the other and must say that to me, wordpress is simply the best. You have control over your work and can do whatever you want with your blog without any fear of something pulling the rug from under your feet.

You are right Anurag wordpress is the best platform for blogging. According to me blogger is good for hobby bloggers not for professional ones like us. WordPress gives plugins functionality this is one of the major advantage over blogger. If you want to customize blogger then we have to dig it in template code and it is not easy for every person. And in wordpress just install and plugin and select options according to your choice. Its done. Thats why i love wordpress
